Lucky Cheng's Reservation Policies Read this page before
booking 1. Reservations are highly recommended, and can be made by calling 212.995.5500 ext 0. Book online for Sunday through Friday only. Saturday time slots are often filled, please call for availability. Reservationists are available from 11am-9pm daily. All reservations receive
a confirmation email, and a confirmation call
a day or two before the reservation. 2. If your group contains members who are under 21, advise the reservationist
or we may not honor your reservation. 3. Parties of less than 15 during the week, and less than 10 on the weekends May order individually
from the $32 prix-fixe menu. Credit card information
is not required to hold a reservation. 4. Large Parties of 15 or more during the week, and 10 or more on the weekend must hold the reservation
with a credit card and choose from one of the family style Asian Feast
Group Menus at $32/$36/$40. Give us a final head count the day before your reservation. We accept small changes the day of the reservation. Failure to cancel by 6:00 pm the day before your reservation may result in a $10 per person charge. Last minute cancellations are nor accepted except for weather or verified medical conditions. No shows are charged $20

AN ONLINE RESERVATION 5. Specialty Cakes, Merchandise, Bachelorette and
Birthday Kits You may order a specialty cake, t-shirt, bachelorette kit, or birthday kit with your reservation, or order it later via the link on our SPECIALTY CAKES AND MERCHANDISE page. You must cancel your cake order by 3:00 pm the day before your reservation or you will be charged for the cake. There is no cancellation
charge for Imelda's Shoe or any merchandise. 6. Strict policy regarding noise on the street THIS IS A STRICT
POLICY. Due to increased regulations regarding noise outside
of licensed establishments in NYC, Lucky Cheng's reserves the right
to refuse entry or reentry to any patron who makes unnecessary noise
on the street. Please respect our neighbors and the laws of NYC by ensuring
that you and the members of your party keep you voices down when arriving,
when leaving or if going outside for any reason during dinner. 7. Seating Policies On the weekends, we do
not seat incomplete parties and cannot accommodate seating requests.
Encourage the members of your party to arrive early. There is a 2 hour
limit from the time of your reservation. Parties with guest under 21
must have spoken to the reservationist regarding our under 21 policies
in order to be seated. 8. Food Allergies If anyone in your party
has a food allergy, you must alert your waitress
